Wayne Holt
Wayne Holt, Founder and President of Holt Investment Team, LLC. has been involved in residential investment properties and asset management since 2014. During that time, Mr. Holt has gained extensive knowledge regarding operational, financial, accounting, and property management. Prior to establishing Holt Investment Team, LLC., Mr. Holt was a proud graduate of New England Tractor Trailer Training School and spent 20 years as a professional truck driver.
angela Holt, Ed.D.
Dr. Angela Holt is the Co-Founder and Acquisitions Manager for the Holt Investment Team, LLC. She began working in real estate in 2014, gathering the knowledge and skills required to hone a critical eye for analyzing and selecting strong value-add properties. Prior to working in real estate, Dr. Holt worked in the educational field for over 24 years, with over ten years in an administrative leadership role.
Dr. Holt earned her Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in K-12 Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also earned her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Cambridge College in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a specialty in Science and Museum Education from Wheelock College in Boston, MA..

AnnaMarie Holt
AnnaMarie Holt is a team member and Design Team Manager of the Holt Investment Team, LLC. Ms. Holt is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a dual degree in Psychology and Biology. Having been a member of the National Honor Society for the Arts’, Ms. Holt has extensive experience in two and three-dimensional art and design using programs such as blender, photoshop, and procreate.
